The Rimac Nevera is a true powerhouse on wheels, boasting an impressive 1,914 horsepower from its four electric motors. This Croatian hypercar has solidified its status as one of the fastest cars in the world, effortlessly leaving its competitors in the dust. Recently, the Nevera made headlines for dominating the Nurburgring track, showcasing its exceptional performance capabilities.
During a test drive on the notorious Nurburgring circuit, the Rimac Nevera showcased its superiority by outperforming all other vehicles on street tires. The driver refrained from using full throttle due to the immense 1,740 pound-feet of torque, demonstrating the raw power that lies within this electric beast. With a top speed of around 200 miles per hour on the final straight, the Nevera effortlessly breezed through the circuit before embarking on a cooldown lap.
In a video shared by Misha Charoudin, a passenger in the Nevera, the driver revealed some intriguing details about the car’s range and charging capabilities. Despite its high performance, the Nevera boasts an impressive driving range of up to 500 kilometers at speeds of 140 kilometers per hour. Even at higher speeds on the Autobahn, the Nevera can still cover around 300 kilometers on a single charge. Additionally, the car’s 120 kilowatt-hour battery pack can accept up to 500 kW of power from a DC fast charger, allowing for a quick top-up in as little as 15 minutes at an Ionity station.
While the Rimac Nevera undoubtedly offers exceptional performance and cutting-edge technology, it comes with a hefty price tag. Priced at $2.1 million, this exclusive hypercar is limited to just 150 units, making it a rare and coveted gem in the world of high-performance electric vehicles. Despite its steep price, the Nevera’s unparalleled speed, range, and charging capabilities make it a formidable contender in the realm of hypercars.
