Tesla has introduced a new charging accessory designed for properties in need of freestanding infrastructure: the Tall Pedestal for Wall Connector. Now available for purchase on the Tesla online store for $900, this 76-inch aluminum post offers maximum flexibility for commercial locations, apartment complexes, and open parking lots.

The Design

The Tall Pedestal is specifically crafted to accommodate Gen 3 Universal Wall Connectors for stand-alone charging. Constructed from durable aluminum, the 76-inch post is suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. It features a sturdy bracket to keep charging cords organized and off the ground, ensuring a clean and efficient charging area.

The kit includes the pedestal, two cable brackets, four wire glands for global wiring options, and four mounting screws to secure the Wall Connector in place.
