Joe Rogan Praises Tesla’s Full Self-Driving Suite on Podcast
Joe Rogan, a well-known fan of Tesla and its CEO, Elon Musk, recently made some noteworthy comments about the company’s Full Self-Driving suite on his popular podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience.
Rogan, who has had Musk on his podcast more than five times, has been instrumental in revealing some of the coolest Tesla details to his audience. This has led to Rogan purchasing several Teslas, including a fully equipped Model S Plaid.
However, Rogan’s latest endorsement of Tesla’s Full Self-Driving suite has caught the attention of many. In a recent post on social media, Rogan shared his experience with the FSD system, highlighting its capabilities:
“I had my Tesla Model S drive me home the other day with FSD, and it’s f**king wild. Changes lanes to avoid slow traffic, stops at red lights and stop signs, hits the blinkers, and turns for you. It’s bananas.”
Rogan’s endorsement of the FSD suite is a testament to its advanced features, which include lane changes, traffic light and stop sign recognition, and automated turning. While the system is not fully autonomous and still requires the driver’s attention, it offers a hands-free driving experience that is unmatched in the industry.
Over the past few months, Tesla has continued to refine and enhance the FSD suite, releasing new versions to the public. The company has also expanded its Early Access Program to allow more owners to test advanced software releases before wider distribution.
Many Tesla owners, like Rogan, have embraced the FSD suite and rely on it for the majority of their driving. In fact, some owners have completely abandoned manual driving in favor of the automated features provided by Tesla’s advanced driver assistance system.
Looking ahead, Tesla has plans to launch a robotaxi ride-hailing service in Austin in June, with discussions underway to expand the service to other cities, including California, by the end of the year.
