Tesla CEO Elon Musk has recently confirmed some exciting new features that will be available at the Tesla Diner Supercharger in Los Angeles. These features were disclosed during Musk’s visit to the Supercharger Diner, where he enjoyed a meal and shared details about the upcoming enhancements.
One of the new features revealed by Tesla Joy on X is the ability for Tesla owners to order food directly from their vehicles as they pull into the Supercharger Diner. The menu will include a variety of options such as burgers, wings, fries, shakes, cookies, and more. Customers can conveniently place their orders through a prompt that will appear on their vehicle’s screen, making the dining experience seamless and hassle-free.
Additionally, the Supercharger Diner will feature two massive movie screens that will play entertainment content for visitors. During recent drone flyovers of the location on Santa Monica Boulevard, movie clips and SpaceX launch highlights were observed on the screens. What sets this feature apart is that the audio from the movie screens will sync with the Tesla vehicles, allowing customers to enjoy the content through their car stereo speakers without the need to open their windows.
The Supercharger Diner is not exclusive to Tesla owners, but these new features are specifically designed for compatibility with Tesla vehicles. The location is also set to have 80 Supercharger stalls, although they are not yet active. Despite the lack of a confirmed opening date, all signs point to an imminent grand opening, with Tesla likely to announce the official date in the near future.
As Tesla prepares to report earnings on Wednesday, July 23, it is expected that more details about the Supercharger Diner’s opening will be revealed. The anticipation is building for this innovative dining experience that combines technology, convenience, and entertainment for Tesla owners and visitors alike. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting development in Los Angeles.
