The Transition to NACS and CCS Charging
Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis are navigating the transition to NACS and CCS charging standards. The 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 lineup features a native NACS port, making it compatible with Tesla Superchargers. However, the Ioniq 5 N model requires an adapter for optimal charging rates.
Similarly, the 2025 Kia EV6 and 2026 Genesis Electrified GV70 will also feature NACS ports for faster charging and increased range.
