The first version, called the “Supercharger Pass (Trial Edition),” is priced at ¥79 (approximately $11) and includes 50 kWh of electricity. This is enough to add about 250 km (155 miles) of range for a Model 3 Rear-Wheel Drive and must be activated within 30 days of purchase, remaining valid for 30 days after activation.
The second option, the “Supercharger Pass (Enjoy Edition),” costs ¥599 (around $85) and provides 400 kWh of power, equivalent to roughly 2,000 km (1,250 miles) of range for a Model 3. This version is valid for a longer period of 180 days after activation.
The third and most powerful option, the “Supercharger Pass (Commemorative Edition),” is priced at ¥800 (about $114) and includes 500 kWh of electricity, translating to approximately 2,500 km or 1,500 miles of range. Like the Enjoy Edition, this version is also valid for 180 days and comes with a limited-edition magnetic bottle opener gift for the first 10,000 customers who claim it through the “Tesla Charging Life” WeChat official account.
These passes can be customized with different graphics, making them unique gifts for Tesla owners. The launch of these passes follows the impressive growth of Tesla Superchargers in 2025, with the global network expanding by 18% and delivering a massive 6.7 TWh of electricity. In China specifically, Tesla has been busy opening its first V4 Superchargers, which boast longer cables and faster charging capabilities.
While these Supercharger Passes are currently limited to Mainland China, it remains to be seen whether Tesla will introduce them in other regions such as North America. For now, Tesla owners in China can purchase and manage these passes through the Tesla app version 4.52 or higher.
