Manufactured at Hyundai Motor Group’s state-of-the-art factory in Georgia, the Ioniq 9 is offered in six different trim levels. All variants boast an impressive driving range of over 300 miles and qualify for the full $7,500 federal tax credit when leased or purchased with cash. Equipped with a 110.3-kilowatt-hour battery pack, the SUV can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 24 minutes using a 350 kW fast charger. Additionally, all models come standard with a heat pump.
The entry-level Ioniq 9 RWD S offers the longest range of 335 miles and is powered by a single rear electric motor generating 215 horsepower. It can tow up to 3,500 pounds and accelerates from zero to 60 miles per hour in 8.4 seconds. Moving up, the Ioniq 9 AWD SE, priced at $64,365, features an additional front electric motor for all-wheel drive capability and a total output of 303 hp. The towing capacity increases to 5,000 lbs, with a zero to 60 time of 6.2 seconds and a range of 320 miles.
The Ioniq 9 AWD SEL, priced at $67,920, maintains the powertrain and range of the SE model but adds premium features such as 20-inch wheels, power-folding side mirrors, heated steering wheel, heated second-row seats, ventilated front seats, blind spot monitoring, and ambient interior lighting. For those seeking more power, Hyundai offers three Performance-branded trims with 422 hp, enabling a zero to 60 acceleration in 4.9 seconds, albeit with a slightly reduced range of 311 miles.
The Ioniq 9 AWD Performance Limited, priced at $72,850, includes luxurious amenities like 21-inch wheels, panoramic sunroof, power-adjustable captain’s chairs, a premium audio system, and more. The top-tier Ioniq 9 AWD Performance Calligraphy and Calligraphy Design, priced at $76,590 and $78,090 respectively, come with exclusive design elements and advanced features.
All versions of the 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 9 come equipped with a Tesla-designed NACS charging port, allowing access to Tesla Superchargers in North America. Additionally, Hyundai provides a CCS to NACS adapter for compatibility with other fast chargers. Customers will also receive a complimentary ChargePoint Home Flex Level 2 EV charger or $400 in charging credits on the ChargePoint network.
