Volkswagen has announced the pricing for some of the U.S. versions of the 2025 VW ID.4 electric vehicle lineup, with more details expected as the vehicles make their way to dealerships in February.
The 2025 ID.4 will be available in seven trims, with models featuring the larger 82-kwh battery pack starting at $46,520 for the rear-wheel-drive version and $50,420 for the all-wheel-drive version. The 2025 VW ID.4 Pro comes equipped with a range of features including heated seats, dual-zone climate control, and advanced safety technology.
Higher trim levels like the Pro S and S Plus offer additional features such as adaptive front lighting, panoramic sunroof, premium audio system, and more.
The base-battery versions with the 62-kwh battery pack are yet to be priced, but Volkswagen has confirmed that they will come with a 12.9-inch infotainment system with improved functionality.
Volkswagen also introduced a ChatGPT-based voice assistant for the 2025 ID.4, enhancing the user experience with advanced voice control capabilities.
With improved motor units and increased range ratings for the 2025 models, Volkswagen aims to address the challenges faced by the ID.4 lineup in the previous year.
While the 2025 VW ID.4 is not currently eligible for the EV tax credit, Volkswagen is expected to offer discounts on the 2024 models to make room for the new lineup.
