The 2025 Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV: What’s New?
The 2025 Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV has received a slight price increase for the new model year, accompanied by a few notable changes.
For the entry-level rear-wheel-drive EQS 450+, the price has gone up by $850 to $106,400. This includes a mandatory $1,150 destination charge that remains unchanged for 2025.
The single-motor EQS 450+ generates 355 hp and 429 lb-ft of torque. An all-wheel-drive EQS 450 4Matic is available for an additional $3,000, while the dual-motor EQS 580 4Matic starts at $129,350 with an output of 536 hp and 633 lb-ft of torque.

The Maybach EQS 680 tops the lineup at $181,050, offering 649 hp and 700 lb-ft of torque, along with luxurious features such as reclining rear seats and two-tone paint.
All EQS SUV models are equipped with a 108.4-kwh battery pack. The range varies from 302 miles for the Maybach version to 323 miles for the EQS 450+.

Mercedes has introduced some equipment changes for the 2025 EQS SUV models, including standard four-zone climate control and optional automatic-closing doors.
The Alabama-built EQS SUV, launched in 2023, has garnered acclaim and was a finalist for the Green Car Reports Best Car To Buy award. It is part of Mercedes’ first wave of dedicated EVs, alongside the EQS sedan and the smaller EQE SUV and sedan.
